We founded Top Note Tonic in 2017 with the ambition to make the most flavorful, high-quality Sparkling Mixers on the American market. Since the beginning, we've pledged to use only the finest GMO-free natural botanicals, spices and sweeteners to bring you an array of products that complement your patrons' favorite spirits.
Over time we’ve come to recognize the importance of matching our company’s sustainability goals with our personal ones, and since 202 we began to make strides towards becoming the greenest Sparkling Mixers producer in our class.
First, our 2 pour bottle is the more sustainable option. Along with a resealable lid, we want you to use every drop because the more serves from each bottle means every gram of carbon expended to make, bottle, and move our mixers to your kitchen were better utilized.
As small business owners, some aspects of production can be difficult to control, however it’s crucial that we exercise every drop of control that we do have to support sustainably-focused suppliers and co-packers whose values align with our own. We pledge to implement green initiatives including build energy and materials reductions where feasible, and source the most sustainable ingredients for our products.
Over the years, our strongest sustainability selling point has been our Bag-in-Box program, which supplies bars and restaurants with Top Note Sparkling Mixers on the soda gun. With this initiative, we’ve saved nearly 1 million cans and bottles from heading into the waste stream.
Our immediate sustainability goals include reducing carbon emissions by moving our production to a Midwest co-packing plant, ensuring that all marketing materials are biodegradable.
At Top Note Tonic, we care about the ingredients that go into our Sparkling Mixers just as much as we care about how their production affects our planet. We promise to make sustainability a core focus of our company moving forward and will only make decisions that further our efforts as we grow.
